Product Introduction

Let me cut the bullshit straight. If you’re reading this, you’ve already lost thousands of dollars because a stupid pin hole wore out. I’ve been there. Back in 2009, I was running a small repair shop in Qingdao. A CAT 320 came in with a worn boom pin hole. We had to cut the whole arm off, load it onto a truck, drive 3 hours to the nearest boring shop, wait 5 days, pay $2800, and drive back. The customer was furious, I lost money, and the whole thing was completely unnecessary. That’s why we built this portable line boring and welding machine. It’s not some fancy lab equipment. It’s a beat-up, workhorse tool that does one thing and does it perfectly: fixes worn pin holes right where the excavator is sitting. No disassembly, no trucks, no waiting. One guy, one machine, 3 hours, and you’re back to making money.

Customer Feedback

"I bought the 250 boring and boring welding machine in February. Before that, I was paying $2500 per repair to a guy who would show up whenever he felt like it. Now I do it myself in 3 hours. I paid off the machine in 5 weeks. Just ordered a second one for my son. Best investment I ever made. The only thing I would change is make the control box 5kg lighter. Other than that, perfect."

— David Miller, Australia Construction, Perth

"I’m a mobile tech in Brazil. I’ve had 3 different line boring machines. The first two broke within 6 months. This one I’ve had for 2 years. I use it every single day. It’s been in mud, rain, dust, everything. It still works like new. The support is incredible. I called at 11 PM on a Sunday with a problem. Mike answered the phone and helped me fix it in 10 minutes. You can’t beat that."

— Carlos Rodriguez, Independent Technician, Sao Paulo

"We run a repair shop in Texas. We’ve had our 500 intelligent cnc boring and welding machine for 18 months. We use it 4-5 times a week. It’s never broken down. The build quality is way better than the American brand we used to buy, and it cost half as much. We’ve already recommended it to 6 other shops in Texas. Don’t waste your money on anything else."

FAQ

(These are the questions I get asked every single day)

Q: How long does a typical repair take?

A: 3-4 hours total. 30 minutes setup, 1 hour welding, 1.5 hours boring, 30 minutes cleanup. An experienced operator can do it in 2.5 hours.

Q: Do I need to be a certified welder?

A: No. The welding is 100% automatic. You just press start. Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful, but not required. I’ve trained grandmothers how to use this machine.

Q: Can it fix really badly worn holes?

A: Yes. I’ve fixed holes that were 25mm oversize. The welding system builds up material evenly all the way around, then the boring system cuts it back to perfect roundness.

Q: Can you make a custom machine for me?

A: Yes. We make custom machines all the time. Longer boring bars, different voltage, special welding heads, whatever you need. Just tell me what you’re trying to do, and I’ll give you a price.
