roduct Introduction
Our excavator arm bore repair boring welding machine is a tough, no-nonsense machine that does one thing and does it well: welds up worn pin holes and bores them back to exact factory size, right there on your job site. You don't have to take the arm off. You don't have to move the excavator. You roll up, bolt the machine to the arm, weld it up, bore it out, and leave. That's it.

Product Details
1. Boring System That Doesn't Wobble
This is the most important part. If the spindle wobbles, your hole is garbage. The spindle is made from 40Cr alloy steel, hardened to HRC 58, then chrome plated. It won't bend, it won't wear out. The boring head adjusts in 0.01mm increments. You turn the dial, it moves exactly that much. No play, no slop.
2. Welding System That Actually Works
Most cheap portable line boring and welding machine machines use a $50 hobby welder that leaves porosity and uneven beads. Our welder is a industrial digital MIG unit that we build in-house. It has precise current and voltage control, so you get a perfect weld every time, even on dirty or rusty metal.
Packaging
We don't skimp on packaging. Every part is wrapped in thick plastic film first. Then it goes into custom cut foam inserts that fit exactly. Nothing moves around during shipping. The whole thing goes into a 12mm thick plywood crate.
Our Factory
Oor factory in Jining, Shandong, China. We don't outsource anything. Every part is cut, machined, welded, and assembled right here in our factory.Every single machine is tested for 8 full hours before it leaves. We run it through every speed, every cycle, weld a test hole, bore it out, and check the accuracy with a micrometer. If it doesn't pass, we take it apart and fix it. No exceptions. We export to 62 countries.Canada, Australia, Germany, and South Africa.
You're welcome to visit our factory anytime. We'll pick you up from the airport or train station. You can walk around the factory, watch us build the boring and welding machine machines, and even try one out yourself on a real excavator arm. We'll buy you lunch, too.
FAQ
Q: I've never done this before. Can I really learn to use it in one day?
A: Yes. If you can use a wrench and read a tape measure, you can learn to use this machine. Our training videos show you every step. Most people are doing their first repair on their own after 4 hours of training.
Q: How long does a repair actually take?
A: From the time you pull up to the job site to the time you leave, 4-6 hours per hole. That includes setup, welding, boring, and cleanup.
Q: Will the repaired hole last as long as a new one?
A: Yes. If you do it correctly, it will last exactly as long as the original arm. We have customers who did repairs 10 years ago, and they're still holding up.
Q: Can you send me a video of the machine working?
A: Of course. Just send us a message, and we'll send you 10+ videos of real customers using the machine on real job sites.
