1. Sealed Industrial Servo Control (Built For Dusty Job Sites)
We don’t use cheap stepper motors that skip steps under load, or fragile circuit boards that die the second they get dust in them. Our portable line boring machine brushless servo motors are fully sealed, with built-in overload and overheat protection, and the closed-loop control system automatically adjusts for cutting resistance—even when you’re machining through hardfaced weld material.
2. Modular Portable Design (Fits Tight Spaces No Workshop Machine Can Reach)
The entire machine breaks down into lightweight, manageable components, no crane or forklift needed for transport and installation. The spherical bearing mounting system lets you align and fix the bar in 30 minutes or less, even in narrow, hard-to-reach spaces like excavator boom interiors, ship engine compartments, and underground mining equipment.
Standard Export Packaging
Inner Protection: Every precision part (servo motor, control cabinet, boring bar, tool holders) gets wrapped in 2 layers of shock-absorbent EPE foam and sealed in waterproof plastic film. We add extra reinforced foam around the threaded ends of the boring bar—this is the #1 part that gets damaged in shipping, so we take extra care here.
Outer Case: The entire bore welder unit goes into a thick, fumigated solid wood case, fully ISPM 15 compliant for international shipping. We reinforce every corner with steel brackets, and add moisture-absorbent desiccant packs inside to prevent rust during long ocean voyages.
Custom Options: We offer non-fumigation plywood cases, heavy-duty flight cases for crews that move the machine between job sites weekly, and custom branded packaging for distributors.
Documentation: Every case has a printed, numbered packing list on the outside in English, so you can check off every part when it arrives, and customs can clear it fast.
