Product Introduction

Let’s keep this simple: traditional line boring machines only do one thing – bore. If your pin hole is worn out, you still have to weld it first with a separate machine, re-clamp the part, and hope everything lines up. Most of the time, you still have to tear the entire boom or frame off your equipment just to get the part to a shop. Our boring and welding machine fixes that. We built this machine for people who use it every day. It’s tough enough for 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week in a mining camp, and precise enough to hit factory tolerances for every repair. It works on excavators, loaders, bulldozers, mining trucks, ships, farm tractors, cranes – any heavy equipment with a worn hinge or pin bore. We don’t cut corners on parts, and we don’t sell flimsy units that break after 6 months. Every machine we ship is tested for 8 full hours in our workshop before it leaves the door.

Product Usage Scenarios

This portable boring and welding machine is built for real-world jobs, not just lab tests. Here’s where our customers use it every single day:

Excavator & Earthmoving Machinery Repair

This is what 80% of our customers buy this machine for. No more stripping a 30ft excavator boom, hauling it 100km to a machine shop, waiting 3 days for the job, then hauling it back and hoping it lines up. Bolt this machine right to the boom on-site, weld the worn pin bore, machine it back to spec, all in one go. Most of our customers finish a full repair in 4-8 hours, start to finish. It works on bucket pins, arm hinges, frame booms, and more – for excavators, loaders, bulldozers, and scrapers.

Mining Equipment Maintenance

Mining downtime costs thousands of dollars an hour, and you can’t haul a 50-ton mining truck to a machine shop every time a hinge bore wears out. This machine lets you do repairs right in the pit, or underground. We’ve got customers using it on mining dump trucks, hydraulic crushers, roadheaders, and continuous miners. It handles the dust and vibration of mining sites, and gets your equipment back into production the same day.

Marine & Ship Repair

Shipyards charge a fortune for dry dock time, and most boring machines are too big to fit in a ship’s engine room. Our portable unit is light enough for two people to carry on board, and fits in tight spaces like rudder compartments and engine rooms. It’s perfect for repairing rudder pin holes, engine seat bores, and deck machinery hinges. No dry dock required, no massive disassembly, and you can fix issues mid-voyage to avoid costly off-hire time.

Agricultural Machinery Overhaul

When planting or harvesting season hits, you can’t afford to have a tractor or combine down for 3 days waiting for a machine shop. This machine lets you do on-site repairs in hours, right in the farm field. It works on large tractors, combine harvesters, silage machines, and cotton pickers – fixing hinge bores, transmission holes, and axle mounts. Our farming customers tell us this machine has saved them from hundreds of thousands in crop losses from missed planting/harvest windows.

Factory Profile

We’re not a trading company, we’re the actual manufacturer.

Our R&D team is 12 senior engineers, all with 10+ years of hands-on experience in the heavy equipment repair industry. They don’t just design machines in an office – they go out to job sites, test the machines in real mining camps, shipyards, and repair shops, and tweak the design based on what actual techs tell us they need. That’s why our machines have way fewer breakdowns, and are way easier to use than most competitors. We know exactly what paperwork and testing reports you need to clear customs in Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Oceania. To date, we’ve shipped our machines to over 90 countries, and we have long-term partnerships with more than 300 distributors and repair shops worldwide.

We welcome every customer to visit our factory, anytime. We’ll give you a full tour of the workshop, run a live on-site test of the machine, and sit down with you one-on-one to talk about custom builds or distribution partnerships.

FAQ

These are the real questions we get from new customers every single day:

Q: What’s the difference between your bore welding machine and a standard line boring machine?

A standard line boring machine only does one thing: bore holes. If your pin bore is worn out, you still need to use a separate welder to build up the material first, then re-clamp the part on the boring machine, and hope everything lines up. Our machine has both welding and boring built into one unit. You bolt it to the workpiece once, weld the worn bore, then bore it back to spec, all in the same setup. This cuts your job time in half, eliminates alignment errors, and means you don’t need two separate machines.

Q: What’s the biggest bore diameter your machine can handle?

Our standard models go up to 400mm, but we build custom models all the time up to 1000mm bore diameter. Just send us the specs of the jobs you do, and we’ll build a machine that fits your needs.

Q: Will this machine work with unstable power on remote job sites?

Yes. Every machine we build has a wide-voltage power system and industrial anti-interference protection. It handles voltage fluctuations of ±15% of the rated voltage, no problem. Most of our customers use it in remote mines, farms, and construction sites with unstable power, and it runs perfectly without an extra voltage stabilizer.

Q: Can you customize the voltage to match my country’s power grid?

Absolutely. Our standard models support 110V/220V single phase and 380V three phase, but we can fully customize the voltage and frequency to match your local power standards – including 440V, 480V, and 60Hz. We do this for free for standard voltage tweaks.

Q: How long is the warranty, and what does it cover?

We offer a 24-month full machine warranty. It covers every part of the machine, for any quality issues or failures from normal, non-abusive use. We’ll send you free replacement parts, and walk you through installing them, no extra cost. We also offer lifetime technical support for every machine we sell, even after the warranty expires.

Q: Do I need a certified machinist to run this machine?

No. Most of our customers are regular repair shop technicians, not certified machinists. The digital control panel is super straightforward, our training videos walk you through every step, and we do free one-on-one training. Most people are running their first full repair the same day they unbox the machine.

Q: How long does it take to get my machine?

For in-stock standard models, we ship within 3-7 working days after we confirm your payment. For custom-built models, it takes 10-15 working days to build and test, then we ship it right away. We’ll send you a full tracking number the second it leaves our factory.
