Let me tell you straight: we didn't design this bore repair welding and boring machine in a clean office looking at spreadsheets. We built it because 12 years ago, our own repair team was sick of the garbage portable borers on the market. The ones that vibrated so bad you couldn't hold a tolerance, the ones that broke down halfway through a job in the middle of nowhere, the ones that made you spend 3 hours setting up just to weld for 20 minutes.The bore repair welding and boring machine is what we came up with. It's the only all-in-one machine that lets you weld up a worn bore and machine it back to perfect roundness in the same setup. No pulling the boom off the excavator. No hauling 20-ton equipment 500km to a machine shop. No waiting 3 days for a part that should take 4 hours to fix.

The Boring Head
We use solid cast aluminum for the boring head, not cheap plastic or thin sheet metal. It's heavy enough to absorb vibration but light enough to carry.
The Mounting System
We spent 2 years perfecting this. Our 4-point clamping system mounts to literally anything. Flat surfaces, round tubes, irregular shapes – no special fixtures needed. You can bolt it to the side of an excavator boom in 15 minutes. No drilling, no welding, no permanent modifications to the machine you're repairing.

Our factory is in Jining, Shandong Province – the heart of China's machinery industry. We've been making portable line boring machines for 12 years. We don't make anything else.
