The 150 Ton Crawler Pin Disassembly Machine operates by transforming hydraulic energy into mechanical thrust to remove pin shafts from crawler excavators. Designed for efficiency, it works with either our SYB-2B-S high-flow manual pump or an electric pump (220V/380V) to achieve high-speed hydraulic cylinder extension for pin removal. This solution replaces air-cutting and hammer methods, preventing damage to crawler tracks. Fill the reservoir with 46# hydraulic oil before initial testing. It is a versatile and essential machine for heavy equipment maintenance.

Installation and commissioning of crawler pin disassembly machine equipment
Installation:
Lift the integrated machine and pump station with care. Place the unit on a level, dry concrete base free of dust. Ensure the workbench is even and stable. Connect the cylinder to the hydraulic pump with hoses, then verify all components are secure after transport. Use N46 oil only, and ensure it’s filtered before filling the tank.
Test run: fill the pump station oil tank with 46 # hydraulic oil before use. Turn on the power supply clockwise direction, connect the oil pipe (oil pipe connection without direction, by the pump station reversing valve control oil inlet or oil) all pump station for A, B manual reversing valve control, such as A is outlet B is returning oil median is returning oil no pressure, pump station and cylinder connected, the manual pump air pressure before the use of the gas outlet vent valve open, discharge the air in the tank. Before the electric pump is started, the motor should be activated 2~3 times before there is no abnormal operation. It should be paid attention to whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct. If the reverse 380V voltage pump station, please adjust the two-phase power line. The cylinder does not show the pressure in the process of forward or backward walking, only when the top heavy object is loaded, the system pressure is 63MPA high pressure, in order not to cause damage to the equipment and the hidden dangers brought to personal safety, the pressure should not be arbitrarily raised during use!
Notes for crawler pin disassembly machine
Align using three threaded support rods of equal length and height.
Never make adjustments while the unit is running.
Use filtered N46 hydraulic oil (80–100 mesh). First oil change within 2 months, then every 6 months.
Perform a general machine inspection after every 200 hours.
