Introduction to the Crawler Pin Disassembly Machine

The 120 Ton Crawler Pin Disassembly Machine is a specialized tool that converts hydraulic energy into mechanical force to efficiently remove pin shafts from crawler-type excavators. Paired with our factory-supplied SYB-2B-S high-flow manual pump (ideal for remote operations) or an electric pump (220V or 380V), it drives the hydraulic cylinder forward quickly for effective disassembly. This replaces traditional air cutting or manual hammering methods, helping to preserve the integrity of the track. The machine must be filled with 46# hydraulic oil prior to trial operation. It is a multifunctional tool essential for construction machinery maintenance.

Our chain press is compatible with a wide variety of crawler machinery and shaft sleeves. This machine features a compact, two-way hydraulic design and a simplified oil circuit for easier maintenance. Suitable for both workshop and field work, the unit offers convenient operation with both electric and manual options available.



Installation and commissioning of crawler pin disassembly machine equipment 

Installation:
The main engine and hydraulic pump station are integrated. Ensure safety during lifting and place the equipment on a clean, dry concrete foundation. The working surface must be level, and the entire unit stable and vibration-free. Connect the hydraulic cylinder and control system using oil pipes. Check and tighten any loose components due to transport vibrations. Use filtered N46 hydraulic oil to fill the tank.



Test run:

Before operation, fill the pump station with 46# hydraulic oil. Start the power in a clockwise direction and connect the hoses—direction is not fixed, as inlet and return flow are managed via manual valves A and B.

  • A = oil out

  • B = return

  • Center = neutral (no pressure return)

Ensure air is vented via the gas release valve. Before using the electric pump, start the motor 2–3 times and confirm normal function. Make sure the motor’s rotation direction is correct. If the 380V motor rotates in reverse, switch any two phases. The cylinder shows pressure only when pushing against load. The maximum safe system pressure is 63MPa—do not exceed this.

 Notes for crawler pin disassembly machine 

  1. Ensure proper installation using three level-adjusted threaded rods.

  2. Do not adjust the press while it’s operating.

  3. Use only N46 hydraulic oil, filtered through an 80–100 mesh screen. Change oil after two months, then every six months.

  4. Inspect machine condition after every 200 working hours.
