100 Ton Crawler Pin Disassembly Machine
Hydraulic Efficiency: Converts hydraulic power into strong mechanical force, enabling quick and safe pin disassembly.
No Damage to Track: Eliminates the need for hammers or cutting tools, preserving the structural integrity of the track components.
Portable and Versatile: Supports both electric and manual pump options, suitable for factory and field use.
User-Friendly Design: Simplified hydraulic circuit and ergonomic controls ensure smooth operation and easy maintenance.
High Compatibility: Compatible with a wide range of crawler machinery and shaft sleeve disassembly applications.
The 100 Ton Crawler Pin Disassembly Machine utilizes hydraulic power to generate mechanical force, making it a specialized tool for removing pin shafts from crawler excavators. When paired with our factory's SYB-2B-S high-displacement manual pump (ideal for on-site operations) or an electric pump (220V/380V), the hydraulic cylinder delivers rapid forward motion, efficiently extracting the pin shafts.
This machine replaces outdated methods like air cutting and manual hammering, ensuring safe removal without damaging the track. It is an ideal maintenance and assembly solution for crawler excavators. Prior to test runs, the hydraulic tank must be filled with 46# hydraulic oil.
This disassembly machine is a multifunctional piece of equipment, ideal for engineering machinery maintenance.
Our chain press is compatible with various track disassembly tasks involving different crawler construction equipment and shaft sleeves. It is essential for equipment repair workshops. The portable chain press uses a bi-directional hydraulic system with a simplified oil circuit for easier maintenance. Suitable for factory or on-site field work, it features user-friendly operation. Both electric and manual versions are available for user selection.
Installation and commissioning of crawler pin disassembly machine equipment
Installation:
The host machine and hydraulic pump station are integrated. Use caution when lifting the equipment. Place the press on a dry, dust-free concrete foundation, ensuring the workbench remains level and the unit stable without vibrations. Connect the hydraulic cylinder to the oil hose, and adjust the operating height of the main unit. Check for any loose components caused by transport and tighten as necessary. Fill the tank with filtered N46 or N46 low-condensate hydraulic oil.
Test Run:
Before use, fill the pump station with 46# hydraulic oil. Turn on the power in a clockwise direction. Connect the hydraulic hoses (direction doesn’t matter, controlled by the pump’s reversing valve). The manual reversing valves A and B control oil flow:
A: outlet
B: return
Neutral: no pressure return
Before operating, vent the air via the tank’s exhaust valve. For electric pumps, start the motor 2–3 times to confirm normal operation. Ensure the motor rotates correctly. If using a 380V pump and the rotation is incorrect, switch two power wires.
The cylinder won’t show pressure when moving without a load. Only when under heavy load will the system pressure reach 63MPa. Never exceed this pressure, as it may damage the equipment and pose safety risks.
Usage Notes
Ensure proper installation and operation using three leveled threaded rods of consistent length.
Do not perform alignment or correction during machine operation.
Use only N46 anti-wear or low-condensate hydraulic oil, filtered through an 80–100 mesh screen. First oil change should occur within 2 months; afterward, change every 6 months.
Inspect the equipment after every 200 hours of operation.
