Digital Line Boring and Welding Machine is a 2-in-1 portable precision processing equipment integrated with intelligent digital control system, independently developed for on-site maintenance and precision machining of engineering machinery, mining equipment, and industrial mechanical structures. Combining high-precision line boring and automatic bore welding functions in one compact unit, this all-in-one machine eliminates the need for two separate devices, greatly saving equipment costs and on-site operation space.

Packaging

I’ve seen what international shipping does to cargo. I’ve seen crates smashed, machines broken, parts lost. That’s why we overbuild our packaging.

Every component is wrapped in 2 layers of thick foam. The main unit, control box, and welder fit into custom-cut high-density foam inserts that hold them rock solid. All accessories are in labeled plastic bags. The bore welder whole thing goes into a 2cm thick solid wooden crate (not particle board, not plywood—solid wood). We reinforce every corner with steel angle iron and wrap it in 3 layers of stretch wrap.

Last year we shipped 372 units worldwide. Not a single one arrived damaged. Not one.

Factory Profile

All critical components are machined in-house on our CNC portable boring bar machine machines. We don’t buy cheap pre-made parts from other factories. We control every step of the process. Every machine goes through a 48-hour burn-in test before it leaves. We run it at every speed, every feed rate. We weld and bore 3 test pieces. We check the tolerance 5 times. If it’s not perfect, we tear it apart and start over.

We love having customers visit. If you come to Jining, we’ll pick you up from the airport. We’ll give you a full tour of the factory. You can run a machine yourself, test it out, break a tool if you want. You can talk directly to our engineers. We’ll take you out for dinner at the best dumpling restaurant in town. No fancy sales pitches. Just honest people showing you how we make our products.

Technical Support

We have 6 full-time technicians. All of them have built and repaired these machines for at least 5 years. We’ll talk you through any problem over the phone. We’ll send you photos. We’ll do a video call and show you exactly what to do. 99% of problems can be fixed in 15 minutes or less.

We send you a full set of operation manuals and training videos in English, Spanish, French, German, and Russian.
