Product Introduction
We built this bulldozer track link bushing press to handle heavy-duty work—specifically taking apart and putting back together track pins, master pins, and bushings on excavators, bulldozers, and other tracked construction gear. A lot of our customers used to rely on gas cutting or hammering by hand to get this job done, and that almost always damages the track parts. This press uses hydraulic power instead—no more broken components, way less time spent on maintenance, and you’ll save money on both labor and replacement parts. It works great in a workshop, but it’s also tough enough for field use—no fancy setup needed. The hydraulic system stays stable even when it’s under high pressure, it’s easy to move around (we made sure of that), and any maintenance guy can figure out the controls in no time.
Product Parameters
Parameter | Specification |
Model | DF-YL, JS-100, GT Series—these are our standard models. If none of these fit what you need, just tell us your specs, and we’ll build a custom one for you. No extra hassle, just a press that works for your equipment. |
Working Pressure | High Pressure: 0-63MPa; Low Pressure: 4MPa. We’ve tested this over and over—pressure stays steady, no sudden drops that could mess up your work or damage the press. |
Cylinder Stroke | 100-400mm for standard models. If your equipment needs a different stroke length, just let us know—we’ll adjust it to fit perfectly, no extra charge for basic adjustments. |
Max Track Pin Diameter | Standard size: 22-70mm track pin diameter. Need something bigger? We can go up to 140mm for custom orders—just send us the measurements of your track pins, and we’ll make it work. |
Power Source | Two options: electric or manual hydraulic pump. Electric is 1.5kw/2.2kw/3kw (110V/220V/380V)—perfect for workshops where you have power, it’s fast and saves time. Manual pump is for field work—mining sites, remote construction spots where there’s no electricity. Both are tough, no flimsy parts that break easily. |
Fuel Tank Capacity | 3-13L, depending on the model. The bigger the press, the bigger the fuel tank—we size it to match, so you don’t have to refill constantly during a job. |
Net Weight | 50-400kg, varies by model. If you need something lighter for field transport or heavier for workshop use, just tell us—we’ll recommend the right model for how you’ll use it. |
Material | Cylinder is high-strength steel, other components are forged steel—these parts are wear-resistant, so you won’t be replacing them every few months. We build it to last, even with daily heavy use. |
Product Details
The frame is heavy-duty steel with a pre-stress design—no shaking or wobbling when you’re using it. The base has anti-slip padding to keep it in place, even on uneven ground. The hydraulic system is anti-shock too, so sudden pressure changes won’t damage the press.
We added quick-change adapters with a universal design—they fit most track link sizes from top brands like Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, and Doosan. If you have a specific size or brand that’s not standard, just send us a sample or drawing, and we’ll make custom molds to match.
The control panel is simple—no complicated buttons. You can adjust pressure easily, there’s an emergency stop button for safety, and the pressure gauge is easy to read at a glance. Even new maintenance workers can learn to use it in 10 minutes or less.
All moving parts—steel pins, bushings, cylinder—are hardened to resist wear. This means less time spent on maintenance, and the press will last for years, even if you use it every single day. Our customers have had theirs for 3+ years with no major issues.
Packaging and Delivery
We package each cylinder liner press tool in a heavy-duty wooden case—lined with foam and wrapped in waterproof plastic—to make sure it doesn’t get damaged during shipping. If you order 2 or more sets (bulk order), we can print your logo on the cases—just send us your logo file, and we’ll take care of it.
Delivery terms: FOB Qingdao/Shanghai, EXW, CIF—whichever is easiest for you. We can ship by sea, air, or land, depending on where you are and how fast you need the press. Standard orders take 7 days to ship; if you order more than 100 sets, we’ll work out a timeline based on our production schedule—we never miss a deadline.
Customer Feedback
“We’ve been using your Bulldozer Track Link Bushing Press for 6 months now, and it’s changed how we do maintenance. It’s super easy to use—even our new guys got the hang of it in an hour—and we’re cutting track repair time in half. The portable design is perfect for our mining sites here in Africa—we throw it in a truck and take it wherever we need it, and it holds up even in the dust and heat. Great product, and when we had questions about setup, your team got back to us right away.”
— John Smith, Mining Operations Manager, South Africa
“As a small equipment repair shop, we needed a bushing press machine that wouldn’t break the bank but would get the job done. We tried cheaper ones before—they broke down after 3 months. Your press is solid—we use it every day, and it never gives us trouble. It paid for itself in 3 months because we can take on more repair jobs now. Your team helped us pick the right model, and it arrived fast, even to Mexico.”
— Maria Garcia, Owner, Heavy Equipment Repair, Mexico
