This 2 ton micro excavator addresses on-site pain points such as poor control precision, high energy consumption, jerky composite movements and insufficient power on complex terrain. It adopts a load-sensing main valve + pump valve core configuration; the mini digger is equipped with a full piston hydraulic system, including high-low speed piston travel motors, piston swing motors and piston pumps. It realizes efficient, energy-saving operation and precise control, with minimal pressure loss and smooth composite movements. The mini excavator features stable power transmission and flexible speed regulation, suitable for municipal, garden, mountain and sloped terrain operations and other working conditions, ensuring high-efficiency performance without interruptions.

Road Leveling + Assisted Travel & Climbing: Mini diggers without a dozer blade need extra leveling equipment and slip easily on slopes. Ours levels roads directly, grips the ground for stable travel and climbing, cutting costs and boosting transfer efficiency.

Material Piling + Easy Loading: Traditional models need frequent repositioning to pile materials. Our dozer blade fast piles and aligns loose materials to loading points, no repeated moves, greatly raising loading efficiency.

Ordinary models use thin steel plates without dedicated stamping, prone to deformation from construction impacts. Ours adopt thickened steel plates, made via CNC precision stamping + integral welding, and each unit passes impact and deformation resistance inspections before delivery. It resists bumps in municipal construction, doubling durability.

Q2: Is jerky body rotation and unsmooth composite operation a selection issue?

Mostly yes—ignoring rotation system and power matching in selection. Some low-cost models have simple rotation structures with no dynamic balance inspection. Our rotation system is precisely matched with powerful power, tested over 3 times under no-load/load conditions before delivery for even, jitter-free rotation and smooth composite operations.

Q3: Why higher fuel consumption with the same mini excavator model?

Not an equipment issue, but mismatched working conditions or neglect of factory power calibration in selection. Our model features powerful performance and low fuel consumption; the core power system is factory-calibrated and tested for full-working-condition fuel consumption, suitable for light-medium municipal and garden work. A heavy-duty model for light work causes high fuel consumption.
