Factory Acceptance Test: Rigorous Verification for 10 Sets of Equipment

To ensure the 10 CNC boring machines fully met the client’s demands, our technical team and the Russian customer’s engineering group conducted a 3-day comprehensive FAT. The inspection covered appearance, assembly accuracy, electrical system, functional testing and continuous load operation, with every unit tested one by one to eliminate batch deviations.

Day 1: Static Accuracy & Assembly Inspection

The client’s technical team first inspected the mechanical structure of all 10 machines, focusing on the high-rigidity cast iron bed, precision linear guides, servo drive system and CNC control cabinet. They highly recognized the thickened protective shell and anti-corrosion treatment, which are specially designed for low-temperature and dusty industrial scenes in Russia. Using laser interferometers and precision dial gauges, the team verified the geometric accuracy of each machine, including spindle runout, positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy—all indicators stably reached ±0.01mm, far exceeding the customer’s required ±0.015mm tolerance.

Day 2: Dynamic Performance & Material Processing Test

On the second day, the team carried out actual workpiece processing tests, using local Russian high-strength alloy steel workpieces for drilling, boring and finishing. The 10 machines ran synchronously, completing the preset processing procedures efficiently. Day 3: Continuous Load & Safety Test
